Accreditation

All workplaces covered under the Workplace Safety and Health Act (WSHA) must conduct risk assessments for every work activity and process carried out at their workplaces. This is an important step towards complying with the requirements in the WSHA all related legislations. In order to attain bizSAFE Level 3 status, our enterprise has engaged an MOM Approved WSH Auditor to assess our company’s implementation of the RM. Note: bizSAFE level 3 certificate is the minimum level required for any contracts and tenders with bizSAFE Partners, main construction firms, government sectors, etc.

The RRCS regulates all the renovation work on HDB flats conducted by HDB Registered Renovation Contractors (RRCs). Under this scheme, we are requiring abiding by the term of registration and ensure that the work: - Does not cause damage to HDB’s property - Is conducted safely - Does not cause any nuisance to neighbors
An affiliation with a history stretching back over 30 years, the Singapore Renovation Contractors and Material Suppliers Association (or RCMA) is a non-profit organisation dedicated to promoting the industry and improving the quality and standards of the construction and materials supply sector in Singapore. To further this aim, RCMA engages various government boards, such as the HDB and URA, in dialogue sessions to set minimum standards and guidelines for all licensed contractors. In addition, RCMA conducts courses and seminars to educate our members in current legislation and developments within our industry. RCMA is also a consultant in the provision of renovation loans to homeowners by 12 of Singapore’s local banks and finance institutions. RCMA is a dynamic organisation concerned with the furtherance of our members’ interest and the industry in general.
