very professional experience

Overall, a very professional experience with Alistair from 9 Creation. Our designer, Alistair, created a thorough and contemporary design for my entire house and a comprehensive schedule for the work that will be done within the short time limit that I’ve given. My ID also printed out the schedule for me for reference so that I would know exactly what sort of work will be done on which day. I was impressed with his care for detail and professional service. The level of responsiveness to my concerns and all my worries were quickly attended to and explained to me clearly. The level of communication cannot be overlooked because it could cause misunderstanding when planning and designing, especially when pressing for time. But most of all, my ID and his reliable team tried their best to honor the time constraint that was given to him to complete the job. All the renovation works are very thorough, and the paintwork is good. My house looks brighter and airy with the sliding windows and sliding doors, and my house looks more significant than it is!! The kitchen after the renovation has ample counter space and inbuilt ovens. Just let 9 Creation ID know and understand your vision for your space, and they will design a concept to fit your ideas and budget. The prices are reasonable and their working attitude/service is very professional. BIG THANKS TO 9 CREATION PTE LTD for making what I thought impossible POSSIBLE.
