pleased with the renovation of our resale condo

We were very pleased with the renovation of our resale condo. Alistair was very easy to talk to and work with and did a great job of keeping in touch throughout the process. He understood the style we wanted and didn’t try to upsell or push us in a different design direction. He always had helpful suggestions and let us know clearly what our options were for best function and within budget. The quality of the work was good, and the renovation looks fantastic, just what we had imagined. As with any renovation, there were unexpected issues that arose once the work started, but he did a great job helping us work through all of them. We really appreciate that he went the extra mile in helping to negotiate permission from the condo management for the work to be completed on time, and in assisting with small issues around the unit. The quote and the variations were reasonable, and the work was done quickly.
