Entrusted my home to 9 Creation was a great experience. Especially the ID we worked with, Kent. The service was good and met our expectations. We do not have any idea as its was our first time doing renovation for our first house but Kent was always available to give guidance, suggestion and ideas. He promptly reply to all of our enquiries and doubts. As we have budget for the renovation, Kent not only tried to work within our budget but also help us to source for cheaper alternative. He is also very patient to explain the price of every item quoted, and advised us on saving costs. Contacting him is never an issue, easily reachable. In addition, he never fails to follow up all my enquires promptly, making discussions and negotiations more convenient, which is definitely a plus point considering my busy schedule.
