Amazing experience, highly recommended

We chanced upon 9 Creation through Facebook. We decided to engage them as we have seen their portfolio and it is impressive. We really like it. We are very thankful to have engaged 9 Creation as their services are really good. They respond to queries promptly and are willing to listen and accommodate to our ideas and amendments. What you see is what you get, the actual results are similar to the 3D designs showed to us. They are also opened to negotiation during the process.After speaking to Galvin, the Interior Designer allocated to us, we felt that there is a chemistry between us and him, where he is able to understand what we wanted. Although it is our first house, Galvin is always there to facilitate and helped us along the way. He will provide honest opinions from a homeowner’s perspective, making the whole experience to be very sincere. Their workmanship is also very well-done and they get the job done very well. At any point of hiccups, Galvin will inform us and help to resolve them. Most importantly, Galvin was never pushy, and willing to sit with us for 2 – 3 sessions, before we engaged him, to listen to what we wanted. The positive vibes really helped, and he was very open when we wanted to make changes to the designs. It was an excellent experience working with Galvin and 9 Creation.
