Our house renovation wasn’t a complex one, and neither it was an easy one as we have requested major renovation work must be completed within a 2 weeks timeframe by early May. During end Mar, I arranged meet up with 4 renov companies where I highlighted to all of them our special timeline request.Apart from comparing the quotation, time was a crucial factor as HDB approval must be obtained before any renov co. could commit to our requested timeline.
