Despite Covid-19, Kent delivered a prompt restart of the project immediately after circuit breaker was lifted. That helped to speed up the process. Just as importantly, Kent provided invaluable insight and feedback, from colors, to pieces of furniture to choose, and was also conscious about my budget. Most importantly, not only did he provide good service whilst on site, post project he also followed up tightly to ensure any problems were immediately addressed. Service with a heart!
