Pleasant renovation experience

My husband and I had a pleasant experience working with 9 creation. We were happy with the workmanship and service. In particular, we are very pleased to have worked with our ID Yan ling. She was very easy to work with and was diligent with her updates and follow-ups. These really put our hearts at ease, knowing that our renovation works are being well taken care of. She goes out of her way to help when she can and is very patient with our needs and demands. My husband and I really appreciate the efforts she has put in throughout our 3 months renovation period. Thankfully, things went smoothly, and Yan ling was able to hand over the house to us on time. We are very pleased with the final outcome. It was a pleasant experience overall, and we especially thank Yan ling for it. We feel lucky to have a chance to have her as our ID and will be recommending her to our friends and family along the way!
