He is exemplary in facilitating the entire process, liaising with different vendors to ensure the timely handover of my apartment despite a tight timeline. He provides regular updates and consults me on decisions pertaining to colour, design and other matters. Most importantly, Kent is always receptive to various feedback from me (including from my mum and from many others) and willing to (re)negotiate and make rectifications to meet our needs. Both my mum and I are highly satisfied with the quality of workmanship and electrical and lighting works.
