Had an overall positive experience working with Wen Kang especially when he had to take over the renovation project mid-way through that was left unfinished by a separate ID company.
Wen Kang and his team took the time to understand our needs and provided thoughtful solutions to resolve the issues left by the previous company. It did take a few rounds of iterations to get everything just right, but they were patient and worked with us to ensure we were satisfied with the outcome.
Overall, 9 Creation was professional and helped us finish the project successfully. We’re happy with the final result and appreciate their efforts in turning things around.
