My husband and I had an incredible experience working with Kelvin Ser from 9 Creations. He is very professional, knowledgeable, responsive & prompt in following up.
As first-time owners, we were clueless about the design & maintenance of the house, he gave us suggestions & advice and worked within our budget. He also provided us with prompt updates on the renovation progress. What truly sets Kelvin apart is his responsiveness and dedication to ensure that works are done properly and he attended to us even during odd hours at night. He had even helped us liaise with some of our deliveries even though we did not buy them through him. Even after we moved in, he still provide good after sales services, there were some areas that needed touch ups, he promptly arranged for his contractors to come.
His ongoing support made us feel confident in our choices and truly transformed our home! Finding a very good ID that doesn’t give us a headache was our biggest priority after hearing horror stories from our family & friends about their IDs and Kelvin proved that our choice was right!
We went through a very tough phase personally and my family will not forget support Kelvin gave us during that tough period.
If anyone needs a trustworthy ID & a peace of mind, you can look for Mr Kelvin Ser. Will definitely recommend him to our family and friends.
