Very efficient, excellent service, cost effective

I shortlisted few ID firms from hometrust/ renotalk & qanvast.I Requested them to submit a quotation based on my requirement.I found 9 creation ‘s quotation quite reasonable. Anyways i requested for Kent because i loved his done for work for 325 serangoon ave 3.I tried to get a discount on the quotation but the refused , but they managed to reduce a little bit eventually. although it was not much we went ahead because we found the price reasonable.from the start to the end, we had no issues, the communication was timely. very little mistakes were made( thats because we were not clear on what we wanted, we assumed that kent would know which is wrong of us) but the mistakes were the petty petty ones.the house was given to us 1 week ahead of schedule.overall Kent is an amazing guy, and i have already recommended him to a friend of mine who is doing her reno with him now.He may be an ID but he knows his work well , in all aspects of reno.. he doesn’t just depend on the sub contractors he has a sound knowledge on most in fact all areas of renovation.Highly recommended.
