Very satisfied with the workmanship!

Just recently completed my renovation with 9 Creation. My wife and I wanted to say a big thank you to our ID Eugene. He is the most patient person we have met and he is responsive ( even at odd timings) and explained clearly whatever questions we may have. To be honest, we feel the pricing is fair when compared to a few other companies that we have approached. We never felt that we are being taken advantage of in terms of pricing at any point in time even when we have VOs or need to change certain designs halfway through. The price is the same or even lower when we requested to add in extra works after signing the contract. I am sure not every ID or company will be like this as this is a perfect opportunity to increase the prices for add ons as the contract is already signed. But not for 9 Creation and our ID Eugene. They are honest.
We are also very satisfied with the workmanship and even their contractors are very friendly. They explained the pros and cons during the works for us to make our choice and also tell us certain issues that may arise if we chose a particular way or style. They also advise on maintenance methods.
Most importantly, after the final payment, Eugene is still very responsive as we have certain touch ups and he promptly arranges for the contractors to follow up. He is still contactable and it make us feel at ease.
