Had a pleasant experience with ID Vincent Soo from 9creation. It was our first house renovation and we were unsure what to look out for. Thanks for the practical advice, and timely completion, which I think this is the most painful part that everyone around me was complaining about their reno. For us, most of the major works including carpentry were done in less than 30 days, credits to the ID who did all the rushing for us so that we can move in before our rental unit lease ended. And post reno service is good too, ID is happy to fix those defects even after 6 months.
