Moving forward to the renovation journey with Kent, the couple had some ideas initially but after a few rounds of discussion with Kent, they were pretty impressed with what Kent has offered and they were able to firm up the idea and design. It would be a lie to say that there isn’t any hiccups or issues, life isn’t a bed of roses as we see different forms and a slew of difficulties and obstacles in our daily life, so is a renovation journey. Having said that, it is our utmost priority to be attentive to job site scenarios/issues, hence 9 Creation believes in putting homeowners first, as to rectify the issue to give homeowners a peace of mind.
